ALL-RUSSIAN DIANOV’S CONFERENCE ON FIBER OPTICS
3−6 October 2023
The organizing committee of the VKVO decided to name the conference after its initiator, Academician Yevgeny Mikhailovich Dianov (1936−2019), an outstanding scientist in the field of fiber optics, laser physics and optical materials science, long-term director, supervisor and founder of the Fiber Optic Research Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences since 2023.

Registering an abstracts

When registering, you will need information about the contact author (with whom the correspondence will be conducted) and the intended speaker (if he is not the contact author).


Information about the report should also be entered - title, list of authors and their organizations, a brief abstract (no more than 70 words). Information about the report will be required both in Russian and in English.


After the acceptance of the reports and the preparation of the conference program, information about the reports will be posted on the conference website.



When registering, you will also need to select the section for which the report is being submitted, as well as the type of report (“only verbal” - “verbal, possibly poster” - “poster”).

At the end of registration, the report will be assigned a number, and a confirmation letter will be sent to the contact author's email address with instructions for completing and submitting the text of the abstract.
Sending abstracts

After registration of the abstract please send your report to vkvo@vkvoperm.ru

Volume — no more than 2 pages. Format — Word. The file name should be: nnnnnnnnnn. doc (where nnnnnnnnnn is the report number).
Template for abstracts

If the report is accepted, you will also need a scanned copy of the permission to publish (examination certificate).

The decision to accept the report to the conference will be approved by the members of the relevant section of the program committee based on the consideration of the abstracts of the report, therefore the organizing committee strongly recommends not to delay sending the abstracts for more than 2−3 working days after the report is registered on the website.

Information on the inclusion of reports in the Conference program will be sent to the authors no later than July 21, 2023.

Conference proceedings (abstracts) will be published as a special issue of the scientific journal "Photon-Express".
Articles recommended by the Program Committee based on reports at the conference can be published in the scientific journals "Quantum Electronics" and "Applied Photonics"
